I was introduced to Joe when I made the life-changing decision to relocate from my longtime home of Los Angeles to the Denver, Colorado area. I knew that most of the process of finding and securing a home would have to be handled long distance and be handled in sync with the sale of my home in Los Angeles, so I realized that I would need a Denver-area realtor that I could trust to expertly take on a lot of this search and purchase process without close guidance. Joe easily filled this role. During my first trip to Denver, when I was just formulating my plans while attending a wedding of the daughter of close friends, Joe took me on a tour of potential neighborhoods and provided me with in-depth and accurate information about the market in these neighborhoods. Once the relocation plan went into action, he provided timely information on available properties during the run-up, provided a well-organized tour of selected properties on a quick trip to Denver after my LA townhome went on the market, then carefully and expertly guided the purchase and escrow process on my selected home so that its closing was within a week of the closing of my LA townhome. His follow-up assured me that there were no problems with my new home. His representation was loyal and carried out with great expertise.

Kathryn and Joe helped us navigate the wild Denver market successfully as first-time homebuyers. We found a house after about a month of looking and are very excited about the location we will be living in. As complications with the seller and several contractors came up, they always had our back and helped negotiate terms that were beneficial to us. I think it's important to note that some of the complications occurred after we closed, so they absolutely could have just walked away without helping us, but they didn't. We are thankful we had Kathryn and Joe as a resource during our buying process. 

Joe was an absolute saint and never lost his patience with our home buying process. After eight months, many houses, and multiple offers we finally landed our forever home. In fact, he met us on a Saturday morning, after letting us know he would not be available that day. We even offered to wait until Sunday to view the home.
